Belair Town II HOA property owners are assessed annually for HOA dues. These dues are used to maintain the communal property around our homes.
Online Payments are not required and are optional. To pay the base dues of $291.00, please remit a check to Belair Town II Townhouse Assoc., and mail it to PO BOX 585, BOWIE, MD 20718.

Payments are due by April 1st. We would appreciate it if you paid off your dues in a timely fashion. If the homeowner is late with the payment, the Homeowners Association will be obligated to impose a $5 per month late fee.
Any past-due property homeowner names may be sent to the law firm for collection. BTII properties turned over to the lawyer will be responsible for all lawyer, collection, and legal fees.
