Board of Director’s Meetings are generally held every 4th Monday of the Month at 7:00 PM.  Most meetings occur upstairs in the Community room at Super Giant in the Free State Mall on Annapolis Road, however, there are exceptions.  Please note the location mentioned below and/or on the sign posted at the entrance of the community on the date of the meeting.

Everyone in the community is welcome to attend and offer input as appropriate.

NOTE:  Due to the COVID19 pandemic, the meetings will be virtual until we can safely meet again.  The meeting invite, with the google meet link will be added to the homepage and sent to the residents that have registered with the web site. When conditions change to allow the Board of Directors meetings, they will resume as referenced above.  Please stay safe.
