This afternoon, the City of Bowie police arrested Jacob Michael Beairsto in connection with the cutting incident that occurred on March 13, 2025, at Morningside Lane. The suspect has been transported to the Department of Corrections in Upper Marlboro, Maryland
Bowie Police ask residents to be on the lookout for a white male in his early 20s with shoulder-length red hair. The suspect was last seen wearing a multicolored red and orange jacket and black sweatpants. He was involved in an altercation with two individuals, which led to a stabbing in the 3600 block of Morningside Lane (near Hilltop Plaza). This suspect should be considered armed and dangerous. If spotted, do not approach; instead, contact the City of Bowie Police Department immediately at 240-544-5700. The Police Department will be posting a BOLO with a picture on their social media sites soon.
