Important Community Notice on Trash Pickup and Removal

The HOA recommends that when residents put out garbage and recyclables for pickup, they take a minute or two and look around their immediate surrounding, reserved parking space and common area and pick up litter/empty bottles/cups etc, perhaps blown there by the wind and put in the trash and recycle receptacles for pickup. This will help a long way to keep the community free from trash. Thank you.
