Parking Space Restriping and Repair

The parking spots on the odd side of Marquette Lane are being repaired and the whole neighborhood is being restriped

Please avoid parking in any of the parking spots from Monday Septermber 29^nd – Friday October 3^rd from 8 am to 5 pm

HOA Meeting Monday 9/29

Our Annual election will be held at 7:00 pm in the Senior Center, Classroom 2.

We need to elect a new President and Treasurer to keep the HOA running and dues afforable. This HOA runs soley from volunteer efforts from the neighborhood.

You can obtain a copy of the application and proxy ballot here. We ask that if you cannot attend the meeting in person to please email a signed proxy so that we may obtain enough votes (15 owners) to make the election official per our bylaws.
