BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION

Salutations! The board will be having its annual election at our September 29th meeting. The following positions are currently vacant:


PRESIDENT

Duties:

  1. Preside at all meetings of the Board of Directors.
  2. See that orders and resolutions of the Board are carried out.
  3. Reviews and approves all agreements, contracts, and insurance policies held by the Association.
  4. Maintain contact with the City of Bowie Code Enforcement and vendors of the HOA as needed.
  5. Maintain and respond to HOA email box.

TREASURER

Duties:

  1. Preside at all meetings of the Board of Directors
  2. Send monthly notices for dues.
  3. Receive and deposit in appropriate bank accounts all monies of the Association.
  4. Record payments received through Square.
  5. Report any delinquent account to the HOA’s lawyer.
  6. Disburse such funds as directed by resolution of and in the manner prescribed by the Board.
  7. Keep proper books of account.
  8. Prepare an annual budget.

You can obtain a copy of the application and proxy ballot here. We ask that if you cannot attend the meeting in person to please mail in a signed proxy so that we may obtain enough votes (15 owners) to make the election official per our bylaws.
