City of Bowie Code Enforcement

Greetings Belair Town II Community Residents,

The Board of Directors of the Belair Town II HOA would like to inform you that our area’s Code Enforcement Officer, Mr. Drew Meloy, has been hard at work in our community surveying the area and issuing notices to homeowners who are in violation of the city’s code.  Thirty-five notices were sent in December 2021 to homeowners in our community regarding code violations for property maintenance. If you were issued a notice and have questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to the City of Bowie’s Code Enforcement Officer using the contact information below.  If you wish to learn more about the City Code, please visit the City of Bowie’s website at https://www.cityofbowie.org/1190/Property-Maintenance.

Always remember that the residents of Belair Town II are our first line of defense against any type of violations or safety concerns. Therefore, if you see something, say something.  Report any suspicious or illegal activities to the Bowie Police Department at 9-1-1 (Emergencies) or 240-544-5700 (non-Emergencies) or contact the Code Compliance Office if there are any violations. We appreciate all that you do to keep our neighborhood safe and beautiful!

  1. Good afternoon, I am in the process of refinancing my home and my broker is requesting records of my HOA payments and that I am up to date with them.  Would this be the correct contact to help me retrieve this information? Thanks for your time and assistance. Best Regards,Jessica Trimble 13058 Marquette LaneBowie, MD 20715 240-401-4544
