Hazardous Waste Disposal.
This applies to paint, gasoline, kerosene, insecticides, etc. The City of Bowie will not dispose of these items. Any paint cans left on a curb will be returned to the back yard where they sit.

Hazardous waste is not collected at curbside. Hazardous waste and electronics are accepted from Thursday through Saturday at the Household Hazardous Waste Acceptance Site in Upper Marlboro 8:00 am till 3:30 pm.

Located at the Brown Station Road Sanitary Landfill, hazardous waste disposal is open and free of charge to county residents who need to dispose of harmful household waste. Only non-commercial vehicles allowed.
